Leadership

Inventus Partners was founded by Sam Millington, a construction recruitment specialist with several years of experience working exclusively within the US construction sector.

 

After partnering closely with general contractors, construction managers, and subcontractors across the New York and New Jersey markets, Sam established Inventus to deliver a more considered and consultative recruitment service — one built around relationships, market insight, and long-term outcomes rather than volume hiring.

 

Inventus remains intentionally specialised, allowing clients and candidates to work directly with someone who understands their market rather than being passed through layers of account management.
