  • Third-Party Sharing (Mandatory Disclosure): No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

  • Opt-In & Consent: By providing your phone number and expressly consenting, you agree to receive text messages from Inventus Partners Ltd. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

As a UK-based recruitment business working with US clients and candidates, personal data may be transferred outside the United Kingdom, including to the United States.

In general, candidate and contact data is retained for up to 3–5 years from the date of last meaningful contact, unless a shorter or longer retention period is required by law or requested by the individual.

SMS opt-in and consent records are retained only for as long as required to support lawful communications and compliance obligations.

Data may be securely deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
 

Access to personal data is restricted to authorised individuals only.
